Prof. Dr. Syawal Gultom, M.Pd is Chair of the Senate of Universitas Negeri Medan. He is also served as the Rector of Universitas Negeri Medan (State University of Medan) for the periods 2007–2011 and 2015–2019. Syawal Gultom is a professor of mathematics education at Unimed. Before returning to serve in the field of education, he held a high-ranking position (Echelon I) at the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia as the Head of the Agency for the Development of Education and Culture Human Resources and Education Quality Assurance (BPSDMPK-PMP) in Jakarta. During his tenure as Head of the BPSDMPK-PMP, he played an active role as one of the developers and trainers of the 2013 Curriculum currently implemented in Indonesia. He is also recognized as a prominent national education figure.

Prof. Hwang Wu-Yuin, Ph.D, is the Dean of the College of Science and Engineering, National Dong-hwa University, Taiwan, and also a distinguished professor of the Institute of Network Learning Technology, National Central University, Taiwan. His research interest is in smart learning technologies, in particular the use of AI for text recognition technologies in education and human-computer interaction in multimedia for learning. Prof. Hwang has contributed significantly, to technology-assisted language learning, instructional design, and the educational technology field by having many researches and publications in high-quality journal publishers and was ranked as top 1 and 7. He has actively participated, as a guest editor journal and keynote speaker, in some international conferences, such as Taiwan, China, Thailand, and Indonesia. His interest in cross-cultural studies, using advanced technologies in learning, has brought Prof. Hwang to conduct some international collaboration with other countries, such as the UK and Indonesia.
Prof. Dr. Aydin Karacam, Ph.D.

Assoc. Prof. Aydin Karaçam is a faculty member at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, Faculty of Sports Science, Department of Sports Management. He earned his Ph.D. from Gazi University in Physical Education and Sports Education, where he also completed his master’s degree, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Adnan Menderes University. His academic expertise centers on sports management, referee performance, emotional regulation, and educational psychology in sports. He has published numerous articles in international refereed journals and presented papers at various international scientific conferences. Dr. Karaçam is also the author and co-author of several academic books and serves as a researcher and consultant on projects related to physical education, sports psychology, and inclusive sports.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zarizi Ab Rahman

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zarizi Ab Rahman is an academic from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, currently serving as the Director of the Student Entrepreneurship Center and Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education, specializing in Physical and Health Education. He holds a Ph.D. in Testing, Measurement, and Evaluation in Sport Science/Physical Education, a Master’s in Sport Management, and a Bachelor’s in Physical and Health Education. With over two decades of experience in education—from primary to higher education—Dr. Zarizi has served as Deputy Dean of Student Affairs and led numerous national research projects on health, fitness, and youth development. His scholarly work focuses on physical education pedagogy, health promotion, and measurement in sport science, with publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. He is also an active speaker, consultant, and award-winning educator recognized for excellence in teaching, supervision, and research innovation.
